  • Manage high-pressure cylinder inventory at the depot and on trucks to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure a reliable process is in place for empty cylinders to be refilled promptly.
  • Monitor available bulk CO2 supply at depots and coordinate with the cryogenic team to ensure product availability, especially during times of limited supply.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, security, and safety of the depot site.

Fleet, Safety, and Compliance

  • Work with the company’s fleet manager and the BevCarb management team to ensure preventive fleet maintenance (including vehicle and tank inspections) is consistently performed in a timely manner.
  • Promote safe driving habits and reinforce company expectations regarding speeding, reckless driving, and safe vehicle operation.
  • Maintain a strong CO2 safety culture, including awareness of key hazards such as asphyxiation, cylinder handling, and unsafe driving behaviors.
  • Ensure local compliance with DOT and highway regulations, including driver qualification files, drug testing programs, pre- and post-trip inspections, proper manifests, registrations, and vehicle paperwork.
  • Ensure trucks are legal, have required documents, and not overloaded.
  • Perform HR-related tasks as directed by HR and BevCarb management to support compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Serve as the primary depot point of contact for emergency response.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, technicians, dispatchers, managers, customers, and corporate support teams.
