HVAC Install Coordinator Charlotte Heating & Air Mint Hill, NC

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Charlotte Heating & Air is a locally owned company that has proudly served the greater Charlotte area since 2009. We believe in doing business with honesty and integrity - treating our customers and team members the way we would want to be treated.

We're looking for a dependable and organized HVAC Install Coordinator to help manage our installation operations and support our growing team.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some flexibility and occasional weekend support may be required)

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC installation or service coordination (preferred)
  • Previous permitting, job costing, or scheduling experience (preferred)
  • Strong customer service mindset and leadership ability

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
