Magnolia Companies is seeking a Residential HVAC Install Field Supervisor to support and lead our Residential Services Division. This role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of installation operations, with a strong focus on implementing and maintaining the Nexstar Service System. The ideal candidate will lead by example, performing at a high level as a technician while also developing, coaching, and mentoring HVAC Install Technicians and apprentices. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, quality workmanship, and strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Perform HVAC installation duties in the field while serving as a working supervisor.
  • Train, coach, and mentor HVAC Install Technicians and apprentices.
  • Lead by example to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations.
  • Implement and maintain the Nexstar Service System in field operations.
  • Support technicians in planning, coordinating, and executing installation jobs.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every job.
  • Monitor and review payroll, productivity, and prior-day performance metrics.
  • Conduct field coaching through hands-on observation and performance feedback.
  • Organize and direct field operations to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining ongoing training programs for team members.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of HVAC installation field experience.
  • 1-2 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Journeyman HVAC License required.
  • Journeyman Gas Fitter License required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance and provide constructive coaching.
  • Intermediate administrative and reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to manage field technicians and operations effectively.
