Job description

SUMMARY OF ROLE:
$55,000 - $65,000 Salary plus bonuses

Looking for an experienced irrigation installer that's ready to help lead/build their installation team!
Fast growing company with a great team and room for advancement.
Supports Company operations by performing all tasks at the customers home/work site as determined in the scope of work. These duties and necessary functions are to be performed safely, professionally and in a timely manner to meet our customer expectations and provide excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, including but not limited to:
1. Communicates with Homeowner/Client to inform and educate about irrigation system enhancements and services.
2. Briefly explain/confirm with client the scope of work to be performed and estimated length of time to complete tasks. Speak to client to upsell other products.
3. Work independently or as a team to provide service/repair to residential and commercial systems. This includes completing system audits and estimates where applicable.
4. Oversee/Manage sub-contractors for residential and commercial installations.
5. Anticipate task problems and inform Homeowner/Client of any issues and corrective action to complete task.
6. Sustains a work environment that builds positive professional relationships, accepts accountability, demonstrate excellent customer service. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to complete scope of work. Provide customer with system orientation as applicable.
7. Clean up of all areas affected by the installation and perform maintenance on all Company tools and equipment used daily on work sites.
8. Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to service clients.
9. Operate company vehicle in a safe manner, maintain a clean and orderly vehicle. Notify management of any vehicle accidents, malfunctions or damages.
10. Prepares and correctly completes any work order documents or reports.
11. Accomplishes organization goals by following required best practices. Promptly inform Franchise Owner of any team member injury, issues/disputes with homeowner/Client, damage to structure, or company tools/equipment.
12. Update job knowledge by participating in IA certification training, follow all company polices, safety rules and procedures including all highway traffic laws.
13. Receive oral and written instructions from Franchise Owner.
14. Perform other duties that may be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
โ€ข High School degree or equivalent and;
โ€ข Minimum of 3-year experience in the irrigation installation or like service industry and
โ€ข Computer skills, with knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs.
โ€ข Ability to successfully pass a background check, including a clean driving record, and other pre-employment screening.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Able to lift & carry items up to 75 lbs.
  • Frequently move the whole body to perform tasks such as, lifting, walking, carrying, pushing, pulling the handling of materials.
  • Stand or walk for periods of time.
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch in awkward positions.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
