Residential HVAC Install Apprentice

What You'll Do
  • Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
  • Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
  • Learn how to measure, cut, assemble, and install ductwork and piping
  • Support system startups, testing, and quality checks under the guidance of experienced technicians
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices
  • Interact professionally with homeowners and teammates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to grow your HVAC knowledge and skills

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Interest in building a long-term career in the HVAC industry
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills

Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
  • Work comfortably in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
  • Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and move throughout the workday
  • Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

Bonus Points If You Have
  • HVAC trade school coursework or certification
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • EPA 608 Certification or willingness to obtain it
