Who You Are 

As our Residential HVAC Install Helper, you are confident in your skills and abilities and not afraid to make decisions. You are driven and competitive - but not afraid to admit when you don't know something and need help. Our Residential HVAC Installers are primarily responsible for removing, installing, and starting up new HVAC systems, including ductwork and IAQ products. You will work as a 2-person team to ensure timely and accurate service to clients in accordance with company standards and procedures. 

Essential Job Functions 

  • Perform the removal, installation, and startup of new residential HVAC systems 
  • Work closely with fellow Installation Technicians to provide clients with excellent service as outlined in department policies and procedures 
  • Maintain a high standard of clean-up before leaving any job site 
  • Be sure that all necessary touch-up work and clean-up is completed before leaving the job site 
  • Working with your Lead to get the job done professionally, efficiently, and in a safe manner 
  • Request necessary parts and equipment in advance to ensure the installation truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete each job 
  • Responsible for the vehicle upkeep, record logs, and driving of vehicle; valid driver's license required 
  • Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field  
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have  
  • Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation  
  • Properly connect equipment  
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures 
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • 1+ years of HVAC Install experience
