Champion Home Services is hiring an HVAC Install Helper to support our lead installers and technicians in the installation of heating and cooling systems. This hands-on role is perfect for someone eager to learn the HVAC trade, work in a fast-paced environment, and be part of a team that values craftsmanship and professionalism.

What you will do:

  • Assist in the installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and accessories
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment for job sites
  • Use hand and power tools to support installation work
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site during and after each project
  • Follow instructions from lead installer and supervisors
  • Learn to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and install manuals
  • Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures
  • Represent the company in a professional manner on customer properties
  • Assist with equipment start-up and job completion tasks

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or GED
