About the Role
AirCo is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Helper to support our lead installers on residential and light commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience and is ready to grow into a Lead Installer position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of HVAC systems including condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and ductwork
  • Safely handle and transport equipment and materials to job sites
  • Support system start-ups and basic troubleshooting
  • Follow installation standards, safety protocols, and local codes
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Communicate effectively with lead installers and homeowners when needed

Qualifications

  • 1โ€“3+ years of HVAC installation experience
  • Familiarity with tools, equipment, and basic install processes
  • Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • EPA Certification (preferred but not required)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
