At Jacobs Heating & Air Conditioning, we're looking for a skilled Residential Retrofit Installer who wants consistent work, a supportive team, and the opportunity to grow long-term-not just punch a clock.

  • Keep jobs on schedule while maintaining quality standards
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the install
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
  • Complete installation documentation accurately
  • Walk homeowners through system operation after install
  • Support and guide install helpers on the job

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience as a lead HVAC installer
