Job description

Looking for a customer friendly individual with the skills and knowledge to maintain 104 room property. Individual with the abilities to multi-task, investigate, deduce and problem solve. Ability to work as a team player.
  • Hotel maintenance experience at least 2 years
  • HVAC and PTAC knowledge (certification is a plus)
  • Knowledge in plumbing (certification a plus)
  • Knowledge in minor electrical (certification a plus)
  • Ability to repair and paint walls
  • Ability to patch plumbing leaks or install new fixtures
  • Ability to stand/walk for 6 hours or more
