Tri-State Water, Power amp; Air | Full-Time

Are you looking to build your skills in the plumbing trade and gain hands-on experience with water heater installations? Tri-State Water, Power amp; Air is hiring a Water Heater Install Helper to support our installation team and learn the skills needed to grow in the industry.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Assist lead installers with water heater installations and replacements
  • Help with installation of tank and tankless water heaters
  • Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
  • Prepare job sites and ensure the work area is clean and safe
  • Assist with plumbing connections, fittings, piping, and other installation tasks
  • Follow direction from lead installers and learn proper installation techniques
  • Help ensure installations are completed efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, tools, and job site
  • Provide a positive and professional experience for homeowners
  • Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards
