What You'll Do:
As an Install Apprentice, you will support our lead foremen in delivering top-tier service.
  • Assist in duct fabrication & installation.
  • Follow precise instructions and adhere to job site safety protocols.
  • Help track materials and labor for each project.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You Bring:
  • HVAC experience preferred.
  • Basic HVAC understanding and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated with a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively.
  • The job requires working in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, which involves a lot of bending, crawling, and kneeling.
  • Ability to climb and work from ladders.
  • Must be able to work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty.
  • Physical ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued.

All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
Pay Range: $18 - $24 per hour
