E2 or E1 - JOURNEYMAN OR MASTER ELECTRICAL LICENSE

Alternative schedules available:

  • Four 10 hour shifts a week 
  • Tuesday - Saturday
  • Wednesday - Sunday
  • 11am - 8pm, 12pm - 9pm
  • Nights & Weekends, etc.

 Job Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Installation - Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes

  • System Inspections & Testing - Conduct inspections and electrical tests to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance

  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics - Diagnose electrical problems, identify system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions

  • Customer Interaction - Communicate with homeowners to explain electrical issues, recommend solutions, and provide service updates

  • Code Compliance - Ensure all electrical installations meet national, state, and local electrical codes

  • Service Calls & Estimates - Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate cost estimates for proposed electrical work

  • Documentation - Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, installations, repairs, and materials used

  • Safety Compliance - Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE usage, and best practices to ensure safe and efficient service

  • Customer Service - Deliver outstanding service with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset

 Qualifications
  • Experience - 3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role

  • Licensing - Valid electrical license, if required by state or local regulations

  • Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, panel installations, wiring, outlets, lighting, and code requirements

  • Service Software - Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus

  • Communication Skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical work clearly to customers

  • Attention to Detail - Ability to perform accurate installations and diagnostics while maintaining high safety and quality standards

  • Customer-Focused - Dedicated to delivering top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Driver's License - Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
