Description
Position Summary
Responsible for performing scheduled installation and service of products at specified jobsite. This position follows standard work methods in accordance with company policies and practices safe work habits to ensure installations are as efficient and safe as possible under the direction of the assigned Lead Installer.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Works with installation team to appropriately and safely remove and/or install product at the highest standard
  • Daily completion and accurate reporting of Driver Vehicle Inspection Report
  • Completes every installation according to company expectations and leaves each job site in a clean and orderly manner
  • Evaluates each scheduled job daily and works with the Lead Installer to ensure all required materials (countertop, backsplash, etc.), tools and supplies are available on assigned vehicle(s)
  • Responsible for completion of install documents
  • When install team has scheduled deliveries, responsible to obtain customer signature and delivery receipts to the Customer Service Department
  • Confirms install details by accurately completing and submitting Install recaps for review
  • Responsible to provide job completion notification to Dealers via phone or email
  • Assists Install Lead with driving responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of assigned vehicle and job site
  • Other duties as assigned by Install Manager

  • 1-3 years trade related experience, required (may be promoted from Install/Flex position)
  • Proficient with mechanical and measurement skills
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license, with chauffer's endorsement
  • Clean motor vehicle report (MVR)
  • DOT medical card, required
  • Language, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to understand and follow verbal and written detailed installation and service requests
  • Able to accurately direct questions to the appropriate person
