We are a growing wholesale e-commerce company specializing in mobile devices and consumer electronics. Our success depends on accuracy, consistency, and quality. We’re looking for a dependable entry-level Quality Control Technician to help inspect and test devices before they are sold to customers.

No repair experience is required—we provide training for the right candidate.

Job Description

As a Quality Control Technician, you will inspect, test, and evaluate cell phones and gadgets to ensure they meet company standards. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with electronics in a fast-paced warehouse or office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect smartphones and electronic devices for physical condition
  • Test basic functionality (power, screen, buttons, cameras, speakers, ports, etc.)
  • Verify device models, storage capacity, and carrier status
  • Accurately grade devices based on company guidelines
  • Log inspection results into internal systems
  • Identify defective or damaged units and route them appropriately
  • Keep workstations clean and organized

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Comfortable handling small electronics
  • Ability to follow step-by-step procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to meet daily productivity goals
  • Basic computer skills
