Key Responsibilities

• Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical evaluations
• Work closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to support accurate diagnoses
• Precisely position patients and adjust equipment to achieve optimal imaging
• Adhere rigorously to radiation safety protocols for the protection of patients and staff
• Maintain accurate imaging logs and equipment maintenance records
• Deliver compassionate patient care during the imaging process
• Contribute to an efficiently organized imaging environment

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
• Graduation from an accredited radiology program

Essential Certifications

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days after hire

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
• Strong communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary team members
• Adeptness in fast-paced environments with a capacity to pivot as needed
• Meticulous attention to detail and a solid sense of accountability
• Technological proficiency with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
