Job description

Overview

The Strategy and Transformation (S&T) Finance team manages all financial aspects of the S&T organization. S&T is driving all programs and processes to make PepsiCo a global leader in data, AI and technology first business solutions. As the I&O Capability Finance Associate Manager you will be responsible for financial planning for Infrastructure, Cloud and IT Operations global Investment programs' budgets performance through action-oriented analytical insights & financial tools. In this role, you will lead the development of I&O programs’ annual operating plan (AOP), while also forecasting and managing the budget. This role frequently interacts with Global I&O management, Region I&O Team, Region S&T Finance, and S&T Finance leadership including S&T CFO. The S&T Finance team is a global finance team reporting directly to the PepsiCo CFO. Working knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX is required to effectively support budgeting, resource planning, and investment decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Has experience managing both OPEX and CAPEX as well as project evaluation.
  • Lead the financial evaluation and prioritization of Infrastructure, Cloud and IT Ops Investments
  • Development of Annual Operating Plan, and lead periodic budget and forecast reviews for approved Investments
  • Partner with S&T Finance, S&T Functions and Regions and establish a process to collect key financial performance metrics, including new ongoing costs to sustain newly launched digital products and solutions
  • Partner with central planning on all aspects of the Annual Operating Plan and ad hoc reporting requests
  • Senior stakeholder management I&O leadership, Region leadership, Finance leadership
  • Support open and transparent communication pathways across multiple Corporate Functions
  • Support the overall planning and forecasting process for the I&O team
  • Other Finance Ad-hoc activities supporting the I&O team
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • 5-7 total years of progressive responsibility, in some of the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance, Financial Accounting and Control. Digital/IT finance experience is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of financial analysis and modelling experience with widely used tools, e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Trifacta, etc.
  • 5-7 years' experience with SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, TM1, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree a plus
