Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and provide customized heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions for residential and/or commercial customers. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
  • Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess HVAC needs.
  • Recommend HVAC equipment, maintenance plans, and indoor air quality solutions.
  • Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Explain product features, energy efficiency benefits, financing options, and warranties.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
  • Stay current on HVAC products, industry trends, and local building codes.

Qualifications
