Grand Food is a wholesale food distributor providing business to business deliveries and food solutions to some of the best restaurants, markets, and institutions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.ย  We specialize in custom processed meats, poultry and seafood, packaging solutions, and speedy, same-day delivery service. ย 

Job Description

The customer service / inside sales position communicates with customers and internal groupsย to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of daily B2B sales orders. ย Orders are entered into our ERP software.ย ย Ideal candidate is bilingual in English and one or more of Chinese / Thai / Vietnamese to serve our Thai and Vietnamese clientele. ย  Working knowledge of food ingredients from a restaurant environment is a big plus.ย 

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of sales order fulfillment pipeline and Enterprise planning software
  • Existing food product knowledge a big plus
