This is a new role for our company, so we are looking for someone who is excited to help build and define the seat. The right person will not only sell, but also help create better follow-up systems, sales processes, scripts, and simple SOPs as the role develops.
This role is a mix of warm lead follow-up, inbound sales opportunities, outbound prospecting, and property manager outreach. The right person will be comfortable talking to people on the phone, asking good questions, following up consistently, and closing sales in a professional way.

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners in targeted ZIP codes.
  • Reach out to property managers and build relationships.
  • Sell recurring pest control services and specialty services.
  • Offer additional services to current customers when appropriate.
  • Help increase route density in the areas we already serve.
  • Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and sales activity.
  • Help create and improve sales scripts, call flows, follow-up processes, and SOPs.
  • Help build a repeatable process for inbound leads, outbound calls, and property manager outreach.
  • Work with our office and service teams to create a great customer experience.
