What You'll Be Doing:

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will play a vital role in driving business growth by scheduling meetings that lead to sales and supporting the Outside Sales team in achieving sales objectives. You will be responsible for making daily outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their IT support needs, and setting up First Time Appointments (FTAs). The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives on making fast, meaningful connections. You are naturally warm, helpful, and friendly, with a strong ability to listen, empathize, and build rapport with others.


What You'll Be Working On:

  • Make daily outbound phone calls to potential customers from a given directory.
  • Set up First Time Appointments (FTAs) with prospective customers for the Outside Sales team.
  • Successfully monitor and meet weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for FTAs, and specifically, 300 Dials.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand a customer's needs.
  • Answer their questions and overcome objections.
  • Identify potential sales quickly.
  • Gather data on potential customers for future strategies.
  • Keep detailed records of phone calls and maintain the customer database.
  • Maintain a working relationship and build rapport with all potential customers.

    • 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales would be considered an asset.
    • Experience making cold calls.
    • IT experience would be considered an asset.
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
    • Results oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
