Job description

Imperial Dade has an Inside Sales Support opportunity available in our Catano, Puerto Rico region. Join a strong and continuously evolving team that helps our business grow. If you're looking for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.
You will:
  • Research and qualify leads and distribute to outside sales reps
  • Use a variety of information sources to identify potential customers
  • Assist sales reps in maintaining the sales pipeline
  • Communicate regularly with new accounts, developing a strong rapport
  • Maintain assigned accounts
  • Review and address our category gap reporting
  • Procure sample requests
  • Assist sales reps with RFPs
  • Make customer visits 1-2 times per month with assigned sales reps
  • Upon proof of ability, quote and secure new item sales to existing customers
  • Communicate product changes and conversions, and introduce new products to the customer base.

You have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
