Job Description

The Opportunity
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing direct support to the Sales Team/Account Executives in the ongoing development for the existing and prospective Rewards Network Clients. The primary goal as an Inside Sales Representative is to drive revenue growth by identifying qualified appointments.
Represent Rewards Network in a positive and professional manner
Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy client needs and achieve departmental/organization objectives
Develop a deeper understanding of the client's business challenges and objectives to appropriately address their needs
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in your allocated account portfolio by networking
Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal to all levels within the organization
Effectively work new leads/prospects in order to identify new business opportunities
Successfully initiate a minimum of 80 outbound calls daily
Achieve and maintain all monthly/quarterly objective
The Must Haves

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven key account management skills
Organization, Time Management and Professional Appearance
High School Diploma or GED required. Formal Education & Certification
1-3Years of Sales or Customer Service Experience Required
Outbound Sales or Telemarketing experience preferred, however Retail Sales Experience is acceptable
Cold Calling experience with the ability to effectively sell products & services preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to type 30 WPM
Sales experience in a mydine/Salesforce environment is not essential but highly advantageous
AS400 Software experience a plus
