They provide detailed education to patients about their medications, diet, and lifestyle factors that can affect anticoagulation therapy. Daily tasks often involve close collaboration with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. The role also includes thorough documentation and frequent follow-up to ensure patient safety and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
