PRN Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

What You'll Do
  • Provide skilled hospice nursing care in patients' homes and residential settings.
  • Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Manage pain and symptoms while promoting comfort and dignity.
  • Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers throughout the hospice journey.
  • Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Complete timely, accurate electronic documentation.
  • Participate in shared on-call coverage as needed.
What You'll Bring
  • Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum one year of RN experience (hospice or home health experience preferred).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dedicated hospice team.
