We work with a wide variety of behavioral and emotional issues and offer many different forms of therapy to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. It's important to us to provide our services to everyone, not just those who can afford private mental health care. Our incredible team is skilled at providing highly personalized therapy and creating a comfortable and supportive atmosphere conducive to growth and healing!The wellness and professional growth of our staff are also of vital importance to us! We take collaborative care very seriously and prioritize supporting our team. It's important to us to reward hard work by providing competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a positive work environment. We are currently hiring:Licensed Clinical Social Workers with prior supervisory experience, enjoy growing staff and who have expertise working with adults, families, couples, children AND adolescents. We prefer you to be bilingual as we really honor bilingualism.Therapists are considered employees. The compensation varies between $65-$80.00 per clinical hour depending on your licensure, billing entity and type of session/CPT code provided. Supervision compensation is paid in an additional monthly salary and varies based on the number of supervisees you oversee.Employee Benefits:Employee status (W-2) 401K with a practice contribution of 3% of therapists earned income (begins after 6 months of employment)The ability to be off 5 weeks a year (unpaid)PTO is earned and can be used for any reason up to 2+ paid weeks offContinuing Education for up to 15-34 CEU's per yearConsistent stream of referralsFlexible work schedules (a minimum of 12 hours a week)Individual and group consultation and supervisionQualifications and Requirements:Current State of Illinois license as an LCSW with the Illinois Department of Professional RegulationsMinimum of 1-3 years working in the behavioral health field as a supervisorPassionate about helping othersAbility to work a minimum of (12) clinical session hours with clients per week with the option to expand to full-time status if interestedWork hours include at least 2 evenings per week or 1 evening per week and hours on Saturday or Sunday with at least (8) sessions at prime time: (5 pm - 9 pm weeknights) or weekends.Preferred Qualifications:Prior Private Practice clinical experience a plusExperience in Community Mental Health or Behavioral Health Hospital also a plusRegistered with CAQH and has an NPI numberIdeal Candidates Have Formal Clinical Training and Experience in one of the following:Play Therapy and/or Art TherapyDialectical and Behavior Therapy (DBT)Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)EMDR
