  • Lead medium- to large-scale initiatives and workstreams by gathering requirements, aligning deliverables, tracking KPIs, managing risks/dependencies, and consolidating updates for leadership.
  • Consult and influence across internal organizations to build high-level plans, prioritize workstreams, integrate timelines and tasks, and ensure proper planning, testing, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Drive EV charging operations initiatives, including protocols and integrations such as OCPP, OCPI, and ISO-15118.
  • Own end-to-end payments integrations for field hardware, including vendor selection, PCI terminal onboarding, POS/gateway integration, site readiness, testing, and rollout.
  • Deliver on-site battery storage projects, including vendor selection, design/permitting, site integration and safety validation, commissioning, and operational handoff.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-changing environment, using data-driven decision-making, integrity, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring...

  • Demonstrated success delivering PCI-compliant payments integrations for field hardware (terminal onboarding, gateway/POS integration, testing, rollout).
  • Hands-on experience delivering battery storage projects from design/permitting through commissioning and operational handoff.
  • Strong understanding across software engineering disciplines (e.g., RESTful services, APIs, data modeling, distributed systems/design orchestration).
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for building usable, reliable, and scalable charging experiences.
  • Strong track record of succeeding in matrixed organizations, influencing stakeholders across multiple domains.
  • Excellent project management, analytics, and executive communication skills.
