About the Role:
The Clinical Nutrition Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing the nutritional care services within a healthcare setting. This position is responsible for managing a team of dietitians and nutritionists to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based nutritional care tailored to patient needs. The manager collaborates closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement nutrition protocols that support patient recovery and wellness. Additionally, the role involves monitoring compliance with regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Ultimately, the Clinical Nutrition Manager ensures that nutrition services contribute effectively to the overall healthcare mission while fostering a supportive and educational environment for staff and patients alike.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential and current licensure as required by the state.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience in supervising or managing clinical nutrition staff.
  • Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, clinical guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
