Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. is seeking an Associate Digital Innovation Project Manager to spearhead the deployment of AI-powered solutions, advanced analytics, and IoT technologies across our North American operations. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, this high-visibility role serves as the strategic bridge between business leaders and technical teams-translating real-world operational challenges into scalable, high-impact digital solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions.

Your working environment:

A suburb just outside the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area is home to Airbus Helicopters U.S. regional headquarters, where we have more than 1,000 employees. Primary Responsibilities:

Implement digital innovation projects: 45%

  • Define/scope the operational needs

  • Coordinate with the business and digital collaborators the solution definition, associated execution set-up, implementation planning and business case

  • Lead the planning and execution of digital innovative projects

  • Handle schedules and budgets to ensure on time, on-budget delivery of high-quality results. Monitor success and savings

  • Ensure deployment of Analytics and Artificial Intelligence use cases in collaboration with the digital team

  • Use data analytics to measure the impact of technological changes, identify areas of success and areas that require improvement

  • Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

  • Ensure that all Digital Innovation initiatives are captured as part of the AHNA Digital Portfolio

Facilitate AI Use Case Definition & Management: 35%

  • Facilitate the identification of Artificial Intelligence Use Cases by partnering with business functions to translate complex real-world problems into clear project objectives.

  • Coordinate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

  • Support the project lifecycle for AI and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with AI Governance, budget, and timeline requirements.

  • Collaborate across multi-functional teams-including data owners and engineers-to support the industrialization, deployment, and monitoring of models.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Digital team, ensuring project goals and business impacts are achieved.

  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends to support strategic discussions and contribute to the internal Data Science community.

Grow a digital culture at AHNA: 20%

  • Build relationships across the organization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams; ensure stakeholder management

  • Create a digital training curriculum covering emerging technologies, accessibility to internal resources, and relevant personnel (as champions of that tech)

  • Organize "spot lights" on various emerging technologies and activities that we may have ongoing to grow awareness at AHNA and in the NA region

  • Instill change management: address concerns, and inspire teams to embrace new ways of working

Your Boarding Pass: (Required for consideration)

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years) in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field

  • 3 years of professional experience in leading digital, innovation or transformation change initiatives within a complex industrial organization

  • Knowledge of IT and Digital Technologies and potential usage / benefits of these technologies for the business

  • Ability to work in autonomy while being very organized and communicating achievements

  • Strong reporting and presentation skills with the executive presence required to brief both internal and external leadership.

Preferred Education/Skills:

  • Master's degree

  • Digital transformation experience

  • Experience in developing and enhancing data driven strategy including improving use of data and analytics to deliver business value to existing and new business models

  • Experience with continuous process improvement and change management

  • Project Management certification (PMP)

  • Exposure to Technical Industry solutions across MES, PLM, Engineering, etc.

  • Has experience with outsourcing, systems integration, cloud, analytics, BPO, digital or any combination of these services

  • Speak French and/or German, a plus
