Position Overview
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support project execution, documentation, and communication across multiple high-end residential projects.
This is a highly computer-based, detail-driven role-not a traditional field-heavy project management position. Success in this role comes from being organized, tech-savvy, responsive, and adaptable, with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.
You will work directly with a Senior Project Manager (hands-on training provided) and play a key role in change orders, project coordination, and communication.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate projects from pre-construction/estimating through completion
  • Manage and track change orders (a key driver of project profitability)
  • Maintain project documentation, budgets, schedules, and records
  • Communicate with builders, clients, and internal teams
  • Support projects transitioning from estimating into execution
  • Utilize CAD, Microsoft Outlook, and project management tools daily
  • Attend occasional local meetings with clients or at job sites (typically within 10-15 minutes of the office)
What You Bring
Must-Have
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working in digital systems (non-paper-based)
  • Experience with CAD or ability to quickly learn
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and professional communication
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Local to Naples, FL (no relocation available)
  • Clean driving record (local travel required)
