About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you'll act as the central hub between customers, sales, estimating, and production teams to ensure the smooth and successful execution of multiple projects from bid through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Interfaces with customers, sales and estimating to ensure successful and profitable completion of multiple projects.
  • Confers with estimators during bid process to provide input as required and become familiar with project.
  • Participates in prototype and other design review as required.
  • Identifies critical schedule milestones and creates a plan to achieve them.
  • Creates proper customer expectations regarding quality and schedule. Revise these expectations as circumstances arise during the project.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role (construction, manufacturing, or retail environments a plus)
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams and external clients
