Job description

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Project Coordination & Execution:ย 

Assist the Innovation Manager in coordinating and refining innovation initiatives by supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across departments.

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Support the development of internal processes, integrating Agile and Design Thinking methodologies to drive structured problem-solving and innovation adoption.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness and impact of innovation projects.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to maintain project momentum.

Administrative & Logistical Support:ย 

Provide organizational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of innovation initiatives.

  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for Innovation Lab meetings, workshops, and other innovation-related initiatives, including material preparation, resource coordination, and participant management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and visual data insights to communicate project progress, insights, and outcomes to leadership.

Process Improvement & Service Design:ย 

Assist in improving customer experience through structured process enhancements.

  • Support the evaluation of internal processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for both existing and new workflows.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:ย 

Serve as a liaison between teams to facilitate communication, alignment, and engagement on innovation initiatives.

  • Manage participant engagement and cross-functional involvement, ensuring diverse perspectives contribute to innovation efforts.
  • Support brainstorming sessions by documenting key takeaways and gathering stakeholder feedback to inform service improvements.
