Employment Type:

Compensation Structure: $15 - $17/hourly DOE. Quarterly bonus potential and leasing commissions available. Rental housing discount of 20% offered if living on site (pending 90 days). Discount at sister property is allowed after 1 year.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM Saturday 10AM-4PM rotating

What You'll Do


The Account Manager supports overall property operations by managing financial activities, including rent collection, expense management, and ensuring financial objectives are met. This role serves as a key partner to the Property Manager, stepping in to oversee daily operations as needed while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and OSHA standards.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect rent, post payments, and manage delinquent accounts in compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
  • Perform regular audits of billing schedules, concessions, resident account ledgers, insurance participants, and other income charges to ensure accuracy and readiness for move-ins and renewals.
  • Review, approve, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and alignment with company policy.
  • Identify, propose, and implement extra income opportunities.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or property management required.
  • Proven track record in customer service required.
  • Experience in accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and financial reporting required.
