As an Injection Molding Packaging Technician, you’ll be the last quality gate between production and our customers. Picture this: molded parts reach your station on moving conveyors. You inspect each piece for visual defects, confirm counts, label cartons accurately, and pack to exact shipping instructions. You’ll keep multiple conveyors moving smoothly, switch between machine stations as needed, and document your training in the mold book. Throughout the shift, you’ll communicate with Supervisors and Team Leads about throughput, issues, or rework needs—always keeping safety and cleanliness front and center.

What you’ll do
  • Apply Quality Procedures and Work Instructions while packaging finished products for shipment per customer requirements.
  • Operate at least half of the machines on the floor and manage multiple conveyors at once.
  • Perform secondary operations and rework when directed.
  • Inspect parts for defects and verify carton quantities and labels for accuracy; place labels on cartons.
  • Follow all safety guidelines; keep your area clean and organized to ensure an effective workspace.
  • Communicate promptly with Supervisors and Team Leads about activity, problems, and process changes.
  • Sign the Training Log in the mold book and keep records current.
  • Support additional tasks assigned by your supervisor; maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
What you bring
  • Ability to read and interpret written instructions and policies.
  • Consistency in following procedures and monitoring your own work for quality.
  • Focus on productivity targets while using equipment and materials correctly.
  • Experience in manufacturing and quality inspection; strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with injection molding and identifying non-conforming product.
Physical demands
  • Lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Manual hand dexterity for handling parts and packaging.
  • Stand for 12-hour shifts with frequent lifting, turning, twisting, reaching, pulling, and pushing.
  • Visually detect product defects.
Schedule and highlights
  • Our facility runs 24 hours: 5 AM – 5 PM for day shift; 5 PM – 5 AM for night shift.
  • Paid biweekly.
  • $0.50 shift differential for night shift.
  • Paid holidays in your first year; paid vacation in your first year.
  • Medical, vision, and dental coverage.
  • Company-paid life insurance.
  • Short-term and long-term disability options available.
Tools & technologies
  • Toshiba injection molding machines.
