Familiarity with claims management software, data entry systems, and sometimes telephony tools is typically required. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities help you effectively gather information and reassure policyholders during stressful situations. These skills are crucial for ensuring accurate, timely loss reporting and upholding customer trust in the claims process.
