Contract from August 17th-August 21st

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner – you are the first impression of the office
  • Monitor the security system and address access needs and issues as they arise
  • Manage incoming mail and packages – directing small packages appropriately and routing large deliveries to the side door
  • Stock the kitchen daily and order office and facility supplies as needed
  • Operate the postage machine and assist with the inserter for outbound mail
  • Process and route approximately 900 invoices daily to the tax department
  • Assist with facility management tasks and light lifting as needed
  • Support the development of emergency plans and procedures assigned
What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior front desk or administrative experience – you know how to run a reception area and keep things moving
  • Polished, outgoing, and professional – you make people feel welcome the moment they walk in
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Comfortable supporting facility management duties alongside standard administrative tasks
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage high-volume repetitive tasks with accuracy
