We provide direct payer rentals, pump and consumable sales, and biomedical services and repair, serving all 50 states and Canada. Headquartered in Rochester Hills, Michigan, we have Centers of Excellence in Kansas, California, Massachusetts, Texas and Ontario, Canada.

Our team effort provides product management and clinical support to enhance the lives of our patients and the communities we serve. SUMMARY:
The Senior HR Business Partner is critical in supporting our team's initiatives in all facets of HR, with a specific focus on employee engagement, recruiting and retention, performance management, policy development, and implementation. This position is the point of contact for Associates and a consultant to management for HR-related needs and issues. The Business Partner formulates partnerships across the HR function, seeking to develop integrated solutions and deliver value-added service to management and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
IN THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
  • Build strong business relationships with employees and managers in respective business units
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of employee relations, employee engagement, development, and coaching
  • Partner with CHRO to ensure learning and development programs are addressing employee and business needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition resources to ensure a positive candidate experience with consistency and that the right vetting occurs to ensure the right fit on both sides
  • Participate in the interviewing process to ensure the right candidate is placed with the organization
  • Work with department leaders on annual talent review, performance reviews & compensation planning
  • Partner with department leaders to achieve positive employee engagement within the various departments
  • Proactively address employee relations issues with leaders and provide guidance on how to handle, ensuring consistency in approach and mitigating risk for the Company
  • Ability to relate well with and influence, strong, independent thinkers
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communication, actions, and an optimistic approach to business
  • Viewed as a provider of balanced and positive support, especially in gray areas

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Five years of solid HR experience required, along with at least 2 years of HRBP experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) & HR Specific software (Ultimate Software/UKG) is a plus
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, while setting and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and technical skills
  • Impeccable accountability to the best interests of the team and the organization as a whole
