Engagement, Adoption & Growth

  • App Adoption & Engagement: Find new ways to increase app adoption and deepen ongoing customer engagement.

  • Referral Generation: Develop and test new ways to generate customer referrals and grow customer advocacy.

Lifecycle Optimization & Analytics

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Own customer journey mapping and infuse data into journeys to continuously improve the customer experience and activation rates.

  • Reporting & Insights: Track key performance indicators such as app usage, email engagement, NPS/CSAT, referral volume, and post-activation revenue, and present a clear point of view to executive leadership.

Requirements (Education, Experience, Certifications, and Other Skills)

  • Experience: 5-7 years of related experience in CRM, database marketing, or loyalty marketing.

  • Leadership: A proven team leader with experience building, growing, and developing marketing talent.

  • Social & Content Strategy: Experienced in social channels and strategy, with the ability to infuse content across different touchpoints.
