Together, we're transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

Because "good enough" builds the past. You're here to build what's next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

THE WORK:
You'll support delivery and growth for our Infrastructure & Capital Projects (I&CP) practice within the Energy sector. This role is ideal for a practitioner who combines prior industry experience with consulting delivery leadership, and who is eager to deepen their impact across capital program execution, digital enablement, and client
advisory.
You'll lead workstreams or discrete engagements across capital programs and projects in the energy sector (upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, power, renewables).
You'll support senior client stakeholders with capital project execution, governance, and performance improvement initiatives.
You'll apply industry and delivery experience to support improvements in cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
You'll develop high-quality client deliverables, insights, and recommendations grounded in real-world capital project execution.
You'll support the application of digital tools and platforms used in capital project delivery (e.g., cost, schedule, portfolio, and controls systems).
You'll contribute to engagements involving PMIS implementation, optimization, or adoption, working closely with digital and technology teams.
You'll help translate data, analytics, and emerging AI use cases into practical applications for capital planning, forecasting, reporting, and execution.
You'll focus on value realization, supporting adoption, data quality, and performance transparency rather than tool configuration alone.
You'll support proposal development, pursuit execution, and client presentations, including development of workplans, estimates, and storylines.
You'll contribute content to offerings, points of view, and client materials related to capital delivery and digital enablement.
You'll participate in account and practice initiatives that support pipeline development and client expansion.
You'll manage and mentor consultants and analysts, providing day-to-day guidance and coaching.
You'll coordinate activities across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery discipline.
You'll support practice initiatives related to capability building, assets, and knowledge development.
You'll model strong delivery rigor, professionalism, and client-first mindset.
Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
3-7 years of experience in a consulting environment, with demonstrated delivery responsibility
Prior industry experience in engineering, construction management, project controls, or capital project delivery strongly preferred
Experience supporting energy clients, EPCs, or owner organizations on capital programs or projects
Exposure to digital delivery environments, including capital project data, reporting, or PMIS tools
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field OR 10+ years of relevant industry experience in lieu of formal degree
Ability to support global clients and travel as required
BONUS POINTS TO HAVE:
Working knowledge of project controls disciplines (cost, schedule, estimating, risk, change)
Exposure to capital digital platforms (e.g., EcoSys, SAP PPM/EPPM, Primavera P6, Aconex, Unifier, or similar)
Familiarity with analytics or AI-enabled use cases in forecasting, scheduling, risk analysis, or construction productivity
Experience working within owners' teams, EPCs, or integrated delivery model
Interest in developing commercial and pursuit skills as part of career progression
$150,000 - $180,000 a year
