The Iowa Department of Management(DOM) is seeking an experiencedInfrastructure & Identity Systems Engineer with deep technical expertise inprinter administration, OKTA, and OKTA Advanced Server Access (ASA). This role focuses on managingenterprise-wide installations, updates, and upgrades, while ensuring robustsecurity protocols are maintained in the Okta environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead printer administration and management across the organization.
  • Manage Fairfax systems and Secure Doc functionality.
