Job Description Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. JOB SUMMARY The project coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the IT PMO by ensuring project managers remain aligned, organized, and efficient across a dynamic portfolio of initiatives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can self-manage confidently, and adapts quickly to shifting priorities

QUALIFICATIONS Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Ability to self-manage, stay focused, and deliver results without constant oversight.

Comfortable pivoting quickly as priorities shift. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple PMs, cross-functional partners, and technical teams.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar) preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide day-to-day coordination support for multiple Project Managers across active projects and cross-functional workstreams. Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, RAID logs, decision logs, and action trackers to ensure accuracy and accessibility

Assist in preparing project dashboards, status reports, communication updates, and executive summaries. Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings, manage agendas, track follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of action items. Support PMs in monitoring project timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.

Help maintain PMO standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency across teams. Identify gaps, risks, and misalignments early and escalate to the appropriate PM or lead. Keep teams organized and on track through proactive communication and strong attention to detail.

Experience supporting infrastructure projects specifically in the Avaya or call center space is a plus. Hospitality industry experience would be a plus. Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
