Project Coordinator – Infrastructure PMO
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 3-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support an enterprise Infrastructure Project Management Office (PMO). This role will assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination, financial tracking, reporting, vendor coordination, and administrative support across multiple infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
  • Support multiple Infrastructure Project Managers across concurrent enterprise initiatives.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate meetings, document meeting notes, and follow up on outstanding action items.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure project artifacts remain current.
Budget & Financial Tracking
  • Assist with project budget tracking and expense management.
  • Maintain project financial spreadsheets and cost reports.
  • Track purchase orders, invoices, and vendor expenditures.
  • Monitor budget variances and escalate discrepancies to Project Managers.
Vendor & Delivery Coordination
  • Track hardware, software, and equipment deliveries for infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of project materials.
  • Maintain delivery schedules and communicate status updates to project teams.
  • Assist with procurement tracking and asset documentation.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain project dashboards and status reports.
  • Create and update Excel spreadsheets for executive reporting.
  • Prepare weekly project updates and PMO documentation.
  • Ensure project documentation follows PMO standards and governance.
Administrative Support
  • Schedule project meetings and coordinate calendars.
  • Organize project files and documentation repositories.
  • Assist with resource tracking and project administration.
  • Provide general coordination support for Infrastructure Project Managers.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Project Coordination or Project Administration experience.
  • Experience supporting IT or Infrastructure projects preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting/filtering, and reporting.
  • Experience managing spreadsheets, budgets, or financial tracking.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
