Job Description

Turner & Townsendย is looking for aย Project Coordinatorย toย join our team. This individual will work to support project management services for our clients.ย ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time.ย 
  • Assistย withย establishingย effective project governance,ย processesย and systems to beย utilizedย throughout project.ย 
  • Ensure that key information and data is effectively shared and appropriatelyย retained.ย 
  • Build &ย maintainย strong relationships with the client and team members.ย 
  • Interface with multiple stakeholders, including executive management, project team members,ย consultantsย and vendors.ย 
  • Assistย with the flow of project information between team members / stakeholders.ย 
  • Attend relevant meetings,ย updateย andย maintainย issues/actionsย logsย as current.ย 
  • Development of detailed project plans, attendance at status meetings and follow-up with team members on completion status, close-out of open items.ย 
  • Contribute to monthly reporting on various aspects of the Client's program.ย 
  • Preparation of various reports for multiple audiences, including formal project management reports, executiveย dashboardsย and other reporting requirements.ย 
  • Assistย with the preparation of proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.ย 
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.ย 
Qualifications
  • Experience working in aProject Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.ย 
  • BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field. Relevant work experience will also be considered in lieu of degree.ย 
  • Minimum of (3) year's professional experience in project controls or administration.ย 
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.ย 
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.ย 
  • A problem-solving mindset.ย 
  • Expert in Microsoft and Google Suite of software products; especially Excelย 
  • Corporate Interiors and Tenant Improvement experience is a plus.ย
