We are seeking a Tech Ops Program Manager to drive delivery of high-impact initiatives across Corporate Engineering, IT, Privacy and Security. The ideal candidate is a strong executor who partners with technical teams, cross functional partners, and business leaders, manages program governance end-to-end, and ensures technical solutions connect to business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end program delivery for technology initiatives such as IT infrastructure  transformations (network engineering, systems engineering, identity management, and/or IT service management), financial technology transformations (Oracle, Anaplan), people technology transformations (Workday, Greenhouse), sales technology rollouts (Salesforce), privacy compliance programs (GDPR, CCPA), and security implementations
  • Support and contribute to strategic planning sessions and cross-functional prioritization with Corporate Engineering, IT, Privacy and Security leadership teams to align program roadmaps with business objectives
  • Manage program governance through biweekly and monthly strategic initiative reviews, risk assessments, and executive reporting that drives accountability and informed decision-making
  • Coordinate cross-functional program teams spanning engineering, IT operations, security, privacy, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Support enterprise technology lifecycle management including vendor selection, contract negotiations, system integrations, and sunset/migration planning
  • Partner with finance and strategy teams to manage program budgets and track ROI 
Experience:
  • 4+ years leading enterprise technology program delivery, with demonstrated experience in people technology and HCM/HRIS systems (Workday, Greenhouse) and direct experience identifying and deploying AI solutions that measurably change how non-technical teams work
  • Ideal candidate also has experience supporting one of the following: M&A technology integrations,  ERP implementations (Oracle Financials, Anaplan), CRM rollouts (Salesforce), IT infrastructure and operations (network engineering, systems engineering, identity management, endpoint/MDM management, SaaS and collaboration platform migrations, and/or IT service management), security tool deployments, or privacy compliance initiatives
  • Experience executing full-cycle technology transformations from design through implementation, change management, and operational handoff
  • Strong executive communication skills with ability to support executive level communications and translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into business context 
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology vendors, and experience tracking and reporting on program budgets in partnership with finance stakeholders
  • Track record coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Finance, People, and data operations
  • Business acumen with the ability to support planning discussions and contribute recommendations that align with key business partner needs
  • Ability to understand strategic goals and translate them into tactical execution plans
  • Support AI and automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to leverage AI for process optimization and continuous improvement

The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $96,000 - CAD $120,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
