Job Description

The Infrastructure Program Director is responsible for leading large-scale infrastructure programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational excellence, and delivery of high-quality IT infrastructure services. This role oversees multiple projects spanning data centers, cloud transformation, networks, security, and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure programs across multiple domains (cloud, network, compute, storage, workplace, etc.)
  • Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful outcomes
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks, program management standards, and best practices
  • Drive program reporting, executive communication, and stakeholder alignment
  • Define and execute infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives such as cloud migration, hybrid cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernization
  • Identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization, and service improvement
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, vendors, and senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with executives and influence decision-making
  • Present regular updates on program status, risks, and achievements
  • Own and manage large program budgets (CapEx and OpEx)
  • Ensure cost efficiency and ROI realization across infrastructure investments
  • Track financial performance and optimizing resource allocation
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance standards
