We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to coordinate and oversee a variety of IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the successful execution of multiple IT infrastructure projects.
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create detailed technical specification documents.
  • Define project approaches and strategies with technical input.
  • Develop comprehensive project and procurement plans.
  • Coordinate activities across diverse implementation teams and vendors.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Monitor project execution and generate detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Address challenges and provide timely solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with upper management to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise
    • Advanced knowledge of Kanban methodology, JIRA platform, and MS Project.
    • Solid experience in IT infrastructure and workplace projects, including:
