Hi 

Technical Program Manager

Location: Irving, TX

Need candidates with active PMP certificate

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technology programs from planning through production.
  • Manage roadmap, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, QA, and Operations teams.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, and delivery.
  • Provide executive-level status, metrics, and program reporting.
  • Identify blockers and drive cross-functional resolution.
  • Manage program governance, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure delivery meets security, compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Must Have

  • 10+ years of Technical Program experience.
  • Strong experience delivering enterprise technology/software programs.
  • Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, cloud, data, software development, or infrastructure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.

Nice to Have: AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, DevOps/CI-CD, APIs, Data/AI, Cloud Transformation, and Financial Services.
