Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is seeking an Infrastructure Program Manager to establish program goals and oversee the execution of program functions. The role involves managing project managers, validating business requirements, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to manage complex projects.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Establishing program goals and visions
โ€ข Developing the Program Charter
โ€ข Assigning, managing and/or coordinating Project Managers
โ€ข Validating business requirements
โ€ข Understanding the current customer environment and assessing the requirements to successfully transform from the current to the future solution
โ€ข Overseeing the development and execution of additional program functions, including Program management plan, Program scheduling, sequencing, dependencies, timelines and staffing plan, including: Procurement, Provisioning, Data center / site readiness & installation, User deployment & migration, Cost management plan, Contingency plans, Risk management plan and escalation paths, Communications plan, Change management plan
โ€ข Lead project team members in detailed planning and execution
โ€ข Develop and execute project functions
โ€ข Project scheduling, sequencing, dependencies, timelines, and staffing plan, including: Procurement, Site engagement/kickoff, Facilitate site data collection, Site readiness and installation, Operational turnover
โ€ข Communicate with various bank personnel and third-party providers to manage end-to-end projects dealing with bank network and infrastructure.
โ€ข Manage one or more cross-functional projects/engagements of medium to high complexity.
โ€ข Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
โ€ข Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
โ€ข Work from detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports
โ€ข Facilitate standard process, procedures, and controls.
