In this role, you will lead and coordinate client project work across multiple practices, including Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Decision Sciences, and Analytics Strategy, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. You thrive on complex or ambiguous challenges, providing the right balance of strategic direction and hands‐on support to support technical delivery, strengthen client relationships, and continuously identify opportunities to create additional value. You are a skilled communicator who can help our teams demonstrate and articulate a project's progress and overall value that Aimpoint brings to a client. As a Program Manager, you will be expected to be a trusted advisor and advocate for the PMO, overseeing programs comprised of multiple projects, and reinforcing delivery best practices.

You will collaborate closely with the various practices within Aimpoint providing ownership and support on both client engagements and internal projects. Technical qualifications 5+ years leading technical delivery in consulting/professional services, including multi-workstream programs and cross-functional teams. Proven ability to translate technical deliverables into measurable business outcomes and executive-ready communication.

Experience delivering modern data, analytics, and/or AI solutions in cloud and enterprise environments; able to partner effectively with engineers, architects, and analytics leaders. Strong program governance and delivery management skills: integrated plans, dependency management, RAID, change control, and clear escalation paths. Fluency across Agile, hybrid, and/or Waterfall delivery; able to adapt the approach to client context and team maturity.

Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, including executive-level reporting. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. We are actively seeking candidates for full-time, remote work within the US.
