Job Summary:
CPI Card Group is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Manager to join their team supporting the Transportation Team. The role involves managing the overall infrastructure operations environment, ensuring system uptime, maintenance, and disaster recovery support, while directing daily NOC/SOC operational activities.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manages the overall infrastructure operations environment, including system uptime, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery support.
โ€ข Direct daily NOC/SOC operational activities.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with availability, incident, and change management processes.
โ€ข Coordinate with System, Network, and Storage Engineers for proactive remediation.
โ€ข Maintain configuration documentation and monitoring dashboards.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree in IT Systems or Engineering.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
