The AES Group, Inc. is seeking a talented and proactive Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing IT infrastructure that supports business-critical applications and enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms
  • Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
  • Manage Windows and Linux server environments across development, testing, and production systems
  • Administer cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments
  • Perform patch management, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery planning
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure-related incidents and provide timely root cause resolution
  • Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to support integrated IT operations
  • Implement infrastructure automation using scripting and configuration management tools

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related technical roles
  • Strong experience with Windows/Linux server administration
  • Hands-on knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and routing
  • Proficiency in scripting tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, or similar
  • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
