Job description

We are seeking a motivated Infrastructure Engineer to join our networking team and help design, support, and evolve our enterprise infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across wired, wireless, data center, and security domains, and who is excited about the future of AI-driven networking, automation, and intelligent operations. You'll work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment supporting reliable, secure, and scalable networks that enable the business.
Job Specifics
Location: 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301, hybrid. Must reside in WI or MI
FTE Status: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Days. Monday - Friday. On call rotation

Qualifications:
Required
  • Experience (or strong foundational knowledge for associate level) in:
    • Cisco routing and switching
    • Enterprise networking fundamentals
  • Experience or exposure to:
    • Cisco Wireless networking
    • Cisco ACI
    • Network security technologies (Cisco ISE, Fortigate)
    • Network monitoring and management platforms

    • Performance, coverage, and client connectivity troubleshooting
  • Support Cisco ACI in the data center, including fabric operations and policy-based networking
  • Apply foundational networking concepts such as:
    • VLANs, routing protocols, spanning tree, QoS
    • Redundancy, high availability, and resiliency
  • Implement and support network security technologies:
    • Cisco ISE for authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement
    • Fortigate firewalls for traffic control, VPNs, and segmentation
    • Security principles such as least privilege and defense-in-depth
  • Utilize monitoring and management tools such as:
    • SolarWinds
    • Cisco Catalyst Center
  • Participate in automation and AI-enabled initiatives to improve efficiency, visibility, and reliability
  • Work closely with peers across infrastructure, security, and application teams
  • Document designs, standards, and operational procedures
