About this RoleThis internship offers an opportunity to learn about IT operations, customer support, and technical problem-solving in a professional environment.What You'll Doย 
  • Assist with first-tier support for Helpdesk requests under supervision.
  • Help install and configure approved applications for end-users.
  • Support laptop imaging and setup processes.
  • Assist in updating documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • Learn to work with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and other applications.
  • Participate in special projects and other IT-related tasks as assigned.

  • Currently enrolled in a college program (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
