We are once again exploring summer work opportunities for 2026. We are currently seeking expressions of interest from children of Cabot employees interested in summer employment.

We are looking to hire up to three (3) candidates. First consideration will be given to eligible dependents of Cabot employees who meet the following criteria:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • New high school graduate or
  • enrolled in their first or second year of higher education
  • Possess a valid state driver's license

Work Details:

  • Schedule: June through August
  • Hours: Approximately 24 to 35 hours per week
  • Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Updating work instructions, procedures, and company policies
  • Painting
  • Mowing
  • Cleaning
  • Light assembly (e.g., office furniture setup)
  • Driving a Cabot vehicle to obtain materials off-site
  • Performing other duties as assigned
